Fabulous or Completely Outrageous?
Queen Bey doesn’t need a crown — but she does require her own set of Royal Jewels. And let’s be honest, if there’s one woman in the world worthy of stomping the yard in a pair of $311,000 jewel-incrusted stilettos, it’s Beyoncé.
The stunning heels, designed by English jewelry purveyor House of Borgezie are custom made, include 1,310 diamonds, and rather than a measly lifetime warranty, they come with a 1,000 year warranty. (That’s right — her daughter Blue’s future children’s can still rock great, great grandma’s pumps. Talk about an heirloom!)
The concept for the shoes was inspired by Paul Simon’s hit, “Diamonds on the Soles of Her Shoes,” but this particular pair is allegedly slotted to be featured in Beyoncé’s next music video – which is terribly exciting, because no one has any idea when her next album is scheduled to drop.
Chris Shellis, owner of House of Borgezie, couldn’t be happier about who’s bringing his pumps into the limelight. “It’s the ultimate,” he told the Birmingham Mail, “Beyonce’s one of those fantasy customers. If you want someone to model your creations, you can’t get any better than Beyoncé.”
So my question is, who’s wearing who? Is Beyoncé wearing the stilettos? Or are the stilettos wearing Beyoncé?
They’re like miniature Ferraris for your feet, with a 1,000 year warranty.
