Madonna not only intends to lose pounds this year, but she is determined to lead others to do the same. She is going to Canada on February to officially launch her own new and luxurious fitness facility called Hard Candy Fitness Toronto. She will be officially hosting the grand opening. In addition, she intends to lead her very own signature-brand called Addicted-to-Sweat which is a cardio-based dance class. Hard Candy Fitness Clubs all over the world are even holding auditions for people dreaming to join Madonna for this one-of-a-kind fitness and dance event.

Britney Spears swears by yoga for doing wonders to her body. To discredit accusations that she used contouring makeup on her belly during her Vegas shows to create the illusions of abs, Britney Spears shared that she has been during a lot of yoga and cardio workouts to get impeccable results on her stomach. She also quelled accusations that she is painting her body. Her exercise regimen includes on-stage dance routines; which new choreographers have been helping with to perfect her moves. The process is certainly grueling; allowing her to lose weight and gain the abs others are accusing her of faking.

Taylor Swift also decided to lose pounds after the 2013 party season. Instead of hitting the gym which can be quite dreary and no fun at times, she decided to take up ballet.
