You should see... what's on HGTV!
Tarek and Christina El Moussa hosted Flip or Flop on HGTV for over three years. Unfortunately, they had some troubles and split up in 2016.
After a big fight, the police had to get involved in a situation described as “a scary incident involving guns and a feared suicide attempt.”
After the couple got into a heated argument the police saw Tarek running from his property with a gun, and Christina also fled the house crying. After they found Tarek, he said that he had left the house with his gun to “blow off some steam.”
The ‘Property Brothers’
Property Brothers is one of HGTV’s most popular shows. Twin brothers Johnathan and Drew Scott are great personalities for a show that aims to transform houses into dream homes.
Johnathan got into a bar fight in North Dakota last June and reportedly had to be physically dragged from the location. John isn’t the only one getting into trouble, as Scott was actually put in a headlock by a bouncer at the same bar and ended up calling 911 saying that he was assaulted.
‘Love It or List It’
A couple in North Carolina filed a lawsuit against the production company of the show when they claimed their home was actually left “irreparably damaged.”
The show always follows the same formula, a couple presents the house that they own, and designers will take over and make renovations to the home. Apparently, this couple was left with a terrible result that included low-grade carpets, ruined flooring, and windows that were painted shut.
HGTV is known for making some great family-friendly reality shows… but what goes on behind the scenes?
