He'd be crazy not to take it

Bobby Schmurda has been in jail for all of 2016. The rapper, whose real name is Ackquille Pollard, rose to fame after debuting his single, “Hot N***a,” the song that introduced the popular, viral “Shmoney dance.” But not too long after the rise of his success, Shmurda was sent to prison.

In 2014, Shmurda and 14 other GS9 gang members were arrested on murder conspiracy and weapon charges. He pleaded guilty on one count of third-degree conspiracy and one count of weapons possession and was sentenced to 7 years in prison. Which is pretty light considering one of his GS9 compadres was sentenced to 98 years to life. But after catching another charge while in prison, he’s facing an additional 7 years. But all of that can change if he takes a plea deal.

He may be thinking twice about it after feeling “forced” to take the last deal.
