Most of us got the smallpox vaccine when we were little kids. Because the last known naturally occurring case was diagnosed in 1977, many parents consider its vaccination obsolete, and doing more harm than good. While I’m not here to debate how to raise your children, I do want to share with you the facts and some photos of smallpox.
