Safety first

For years, there’s been this stigma associated with women who walk around with condoms. Apparently, it’s been deemed “unladylike.” Well, it’s the year 2016, and if a woman can run for the President of the United States, I’m pretty sure she can carry her own condoms. It’s all about ownership and control. Women have to be in control of their bodies and their decisions. And they should own who they are and what they want. Plus, there will be no excuse for not using protection. If a guy conveniently doesn’t have a condom, no probs! I got it.

In an attempt to understand the stereotypes against women, Meika Hollender, CEO of natural condom company Sustain, went to the streets of Washington Square Park and asked men how they felt about women carrying condoms. Let’s just say you wouldn’t believe what some of these guys had to say.
