It's honestly not surprising he was "demoted"
Phil Simms is one of the greatest players in New York Giants’ history. Winner of two Super Bowls, the MVP of one of them, Simms was a two-time Pro Bowler, and an All-Pro, as well as the NFL’s MVP in 1986. His playing career was undoubtedly fantastic.
