Hov Gets Hit With Another Lawsuit Over TIDAL

Jay-Z is no stranger to lawsuits. When you’re an artist that thrives off samples, you’re bound to use one that’ll get you some litigation. He’s even rapped about how many times he’s been sued. R Kelly is trying to sue HOV for damages he felt he sustained from a tour they did together a long time ago. He was sued over the logo he used for the Brooklyn Nets, and he’s been sued for sampling people’s music, remixing it, and making a hit. Fresh off a win in court over the sample used in “Big Pimpin,'” he’s got another lawsuit coming his way, except this time it’s from a legend and it involves Jigga’s streaming service, TIDAL.

If I know anything about Jay-Z he’ll be able to box and weave and fight the case like a true boss. As Biggie once said, “Mo’ money, mo’ problems.”
