Kourtney Kardashian is the health freak of the Kardashian sisters. In any given episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashian, you’ll find Kourtney digging through Khloe or Kim’s fridge, asking “Is this gluten free?”

As it turns out, this health nut bit isn’t just a storyline written for entertainment on the reality show. “I have noticed a great positive change in behavior with my children,” Kourtney recently revealed on her app. She and her kids have been sticking to a gluten and dairy-free diet since last spring. That sounds like a lot of work, for a working mother of three children, Mason, Penelope, and Reign, 6, 4, and 1, respectively.

Lucky for all you moms out there, Kourtney revealed some of the meal planning tips and dieting tricks that have made her family’s transition into a healthy lifestyle a lot easier. Turns out, even the kids love it!
