Why work out your vagina? Kegels tone your PCs, the muscles that contract during orgasm. If they are in shape, your orgasms will be even awesomer AND he will thank you, too. Like your gym routine, do these two to three times a week. Engage your bits in the office, laying on the couch and in the shower. You’ll thank us soon enough.
