Strength in numbers
If you’re a fan of How I Met Your Mother, then you’ve heard of one of Barney Stinson’s dating theory, The Cheerleader Effect. If you’re unfamiliar, in an episode, he states: “The cheerleader effect is when a group of women seems hot, but only as a group. Just like with cheerleaders. They seem hot, but take each one individually: Sled dogs.”
It may sound crazy, but he’s actually right. And a study has been conducted to confirm that women look more attractive in a group than they do individually.
