Where Is SisQó Now?

He's still unleashing the dragon.

It’s been sixteen years since Mark Althavean Andrews, who we affectionally call SisQó, made a tidal wave with his 2000, Grammy-nominated hit,”Thong Song.” The second single off of his debut solo album, Unleash the Dragon, made the blonde/platinum-haired crooner a household name. After the success of his debut album, SisQó went on to put out two more albums.

But before his solo success, he was just as successful as the lead singer of the 90s/2000s all-male group, Dru Hill. And though the group was a multi-platinum success, SisQó is most known for his “Thong Song.” It’s been years since we’ve seen the self-proclaimed dragon flip across a stage but that doesn’t mean that he hasn’t been working. The singer has appeared on reality TV shows, is now touring with his old-school group, and is set to make a TV appearance really soon.

Sixteen years after becoming a household name, the dragon’s still got it.
