No need to buy Jimmy Fallon a stocking stuffer this year, his favorite Christmas gift arrived early in the form of a bouncing baby girl!

The Tonight Show host and his wife Nancy made the official announcement of the birth of their daughter to People yesterday. “Frances Cole Fallon officially entered the world at 8:45 a.m. on December 3, weighing 5 lbs., 11 ounces and is 18.5 inches long.” That’s Franny for short!

Franny is joining their first daughter, Winnie Rose (who was not named for “the Pooh,” but rather Lake Winnipesaukee, where the couple met and fell in love.)

Both children were born via surrogate, and the couple wanted to keep their second daughter’s pregnancy a secret until the baby made her debut.

Jimmy tweeted ‘many thanks’ on his baby daughter’s behalf to the world saying, “Franny sends her thanks.”

The Tonight Show also announced that due to the “delightful circumstances” they aired a rerun last night, and plan on doing the same tonight.

Congratulations to Jimmy, Nancy, and Winnie on their new family member!

Someday all of your names will make for an excellent song.
