Two window washers were stuck hanging off of the side of One World Trade Center after the cable snapped 68 floors above the ground.

Tourists and bystanders were evacuated from below as the men dangled at a 75-degree angle from the 1,776 foot tower.

The two were stranded and holding on for life for 90 minutes before they were rescued. Firefighters had to cut out glass from a window before they hoisted the men inside the tower.
