Most of us have gone through this moment once or twice in the gym. It’s a right a passage. Personally, I’ve dropped an olympic bar with 225 lbs. on my chest and struggled for air until a kind stranger came over and assisted me. I thought I was going to poop my pants until someone saved me, and then I only felt public shame. And that’s why only kids 16 and up are allowed in the gym – it can be really dangerous. Add in steroids, testosterone, competition and overconfident bros, and it’s a recipe for disaster.
