Pornography and Its Effects

In the past two weeks, the media has been saturated by the topic of sexual violence and women’s rights. After a video leaked of Donald Trump admitting to committing sexual assault whenever he came in contact with an attractive woman, victims of his slimy, little hands and slimmer mouth have began to speaking out against the presidential candidate. The story has become surprisingly divisive, Americans are revealing if they are sexist scumbags or decent human beings according to their reaction Donald Drumpf’s unapologetic assaults.

We can appreciate the conversations this tape has ignited despite it showing how far we still need to come to reach equal and respectful relations between the sexes. One lecture that particularly stuck in our mind was Pamela Anderson’s speech about our hyper-sexualized culture and sexist attitudes endemic to our society.
