Winter finally decided to show up … with a blizzard!
Winter storm #Juno slammed the northeastern shoreline of the United States on Monday and Tuesday, Jan. 26 and 27. It unloaded nearly three feet of snow in Massachusetts along with belting winds of up to 35 mph, according to the Boston Globe. The National Weather Services issued a winter storm warning for areas that would be affected by the blizzard indirectly.

Or, more importantly…
The snowstorm caused power outages and school closures throughout the area. The following time-lapse video shows what Juno was capable of doing in just 12 hours. When the residents woke up in the morning, they were surprised with several feet of snow building up just outside their back door.
