Justin Bieber can’t seem to stay out of the headlines these days. Whether it’s beating on the paparazzi or dirty dancing with Selena Gomez, he is keeping the media jumping. Maybe all of this media has gone to his head, because he has now announced “I’m done with Los Angeles!”
Justin has threatened to leave LA before, but he never actually went through with it. However, he has been selling off some of his property. Now it appears that a move is eminent as
TMZ learned that he sold the last piece of property, the one in Calabasas, so that he no longer has ties to the city.
The first property he had in Calabasas was his home, which he sold for $7.2 million to none other than Khloe Kardashian. The music superstar made a million on the property, which probably didn’t even phase him.

The second property was the 1.7 acre piece of land that was next door – and now that sold for almost $2.8 million. Sources say that the buyer is no one famous – though they might be once they get a chance to meet all of their neighbors.
Originally, Bieber was going to find a new home, and presumably larger, to move into within LA. He decided to call off the search and has announced that he’s moving to Atlanta.
Mstarz reported a hookup in Atlanta with Karli Redd, a hip hop singer and actress who has been paying visits to his rental home. Footage shows that she has entered with Bieber around 1 am, but she leaves about two hours later.
There’s no reports yet as to how Selena Gomez, Bieber’s on again/off again girlfriend feels about this supposed hookup and whether there is any truth to it or not. Karli Redd is in her early 40s, though that wouldn’t actually stop Bieber from getting something that he wanted.
While Bieber plans to make Atlanta his new home, his ex-neighbors in Calabasas say that would rather have “a Kardashian over a Bieber”, according to Realty Today. Considering Bieber actually egged some of his old neighbors’ homes, it’s not surprising that they would want to see him move to the other side of the country so that he can be Atlanta’s problem.
Justin Bieber has sold the last real estate tie in LA, leaving him wide open to make a permanent move to Atlanta where he already has a rental.
