Picture this: you walk into your child’s daycare and who’s dictating story time to your kid? None other than the socially problematic, law-breaking, ex-child star, Miss Lindsay Lohan. Do you A) Grab your child and run screaming in the other direction, B) Beg Lindsay to recite your favorite Mean Girls quote, or C) Go after the school’s director for letting her near kids?
Duffield Children’s Center in Brooklyn prepped for all of these possibilities when they found out LiLo would be completing her 125 hours of community service by returning to the school to work with some of the youngsters there. The institute’s Director of Childhood Education, Ivonne A. Lopez, sent out a letter reassuring all the parents that their children would never be left unattended with Lindsay. Phew…
In the letter Lopez wrote:
“Ms. Lohan has asked to return to complete her community services and may be placed in a classroom with your child. As with any volunteer, this would be under constant supervision from the classroom teacher and Duffield staff. Please know that all requirements for this volunteer work will be met, prior to her entering the classroom. Furthermore, volunteers are never left alone with children.”
Lindsay needs to finish up her remaining 125 hours of community service before making an appearance before court on May 28. That’s a lot of finger painting in the next two weeks. She’s already begun the first few hours of her community service. Let the countdown begin!
Just make sure she doesn’t join the carpool…
WARNING: LiLo on premises. How would you feel if Lindsay Lohan showed up at your child’s daycare?
