I AM NOT FAMOUS ANYMORE

Shia LaBeouf has announced an early retirement after a scandal that has made his life a living nightmare. He is alleged to have plagiarized from Daniel Clowes, a popular graphic novelist. The news comes as shock especially from his fans who adore him for his work. If you have watched Transformers, then you definitely know this guy as a true talent…but the issue of plagiarism is being taken very seriously by industry and fans alike.
The news was first broken by LaBeouf on his Twitter account. He is blaming his predicament on attacks on his artistic integrity, which has been paying off for him. If this radical and unexpected decision is anything to go by, then it is an abrupt and premature end to a great talent. At only 27, Shia had managed to draw the attention of celebrity lights to himself as an outstanding actor. However, it has not been fully confirmed whether the allegations leveled against him are true.
Many people are wondering why he rushed for retirement instead of proving his innocence. Others are still not sure by what he implied by “retiring from the public life.” There are those who think that the star meant backing down from the social scene and not the acting aspect which is his career. After the news was brought to the attention of the public, Shia released the legal documents that were intended to help him get off the hook. The documents also acted as the background of his Twitter account. He finished his statement by thanking his fans who have stood by him all the time he has been in the public lights. “Stop creating” is the finishing tag that he used at the end of his statement. It was not clear what he meant but others say that it was an indirect attack to his accuser Daniel. Clowes is said to have sent the star a cease and desist letter. He also responded to the claims by telling Daniel to stop all efforts of creating untrue stories.

In light of the recent attacks against my artistic integrity, I am retiring from all public life.

HowardCantour.com is the cause of all this trouble that has befallen the actor. He is said to have borrowed most of his content from 2007 graphic novella M. Damiano, which is the work of Daniel Clowes. The original owner of the content claims that his consent was not sought.
Shia follows in the footsteps of yet another star Justin Bieber, who also announced stepping down the celebrity ladder. Eyes are rolling to see whether his decision will remain, will he have a change of heart or just a mental breakdown.
