Many HBO GO subscribers were met with frustration last night (Sun, March 9) at approximately 9 p.m EST when they attempted to log in to the website to watch the much anticipated season finale for the new series True Detective. But instead of being able to sit back and enjoy the exciting final episode, they were met with the ‘endless loading sign of death.’  HBO’s online streaming service had crashed, much to many fan’s dismay. The new, hit HBO series has an intense fan following. The crash of HBO GO sent many fans into a frenzy. Twitter and Facebook quickly became the outlets for the hyperbolic freak out over missing their chance to watch the highly anticipated finale.

Fans can now get their fix of True Detective‘s “Form and Void” with the system up and running again!
